Basic Nutrition Plan
The basic nutritional guideline provides a baseline nutrition review with a quadrant style format to help you select the correct options within the macronutrient headers (protein, carbs, and fats. As a nutritonist, this includes a base macronutrient profile clients can use to create their nutrition plans.

Comprehensive Nutrition Plan
The comprehensive nutritional guideline is designed and customized for your optimal nutrition experience. This plan includes a detailed macronutrient profile with explanation along with a daily meal schedule, grocery list and weekly check-ins. The meal schedule provides exact quantities of specific foods along with their caloric value and macro breakdown to ensure you are meeting daily nutrition goals.

1 month plan $250.00
​
**Additional $50.00 for specialty diets (Gluten Free, Diagnosed food-sensitivities, etc.) This will apply for 2o24!

Weekly Menu Options
​
A preset menu is posted on our business Facebook page every week for an easy, convenient ordering option. Macros are provided for all items.
​
Pre-orders are due by 5pm on Friday to ensure orders can be prepared fresh every week.
​
Pickups and meal deliveries occur on Monday--times are subject to change but always communicated with the pre-order menu.
​
Pricing is as follows:
Individual meals $9.00
Family small (feeds 2) $17.00
Family large (feeds 4) $30.00

2024 Meal Special: 21 meals per week $175.00 (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners is recommended but any combination of 21 is accepted)--requires pre-pay in advance.

All meals on the menu can be incorporated to the comprehensive nutrition programs offered.

Meal Preparation Services
Some individuals do not enjoy cooking or may not know where to begin. We are available to meal prep for you on a weekly basis. These programs includes all items listed in the "Customized Nutrition Plan" section as well as meal prep for 7 days per week--keep in mind, this service is more involved and requires me to dedicate my personal time for meal prep. We no longer list pricing as it is highly depndent on current grocery and supply costs.

PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT BEGINNING OF MONTH
Additional details for meal preparation that may alter the cost:

• Meal plans are consistent for 7 days (you will eat the same food for 7 days before a rotation)
​
• Meal prep containers are provided and included in the costs listed.
​
• Supplements/Protein products used in the plan must be delivered to me prior to weekly prep so that I can portion them out for your daily meals but are not included in the cost above.
