Me First 2025

Program Policy & Guidelines

Welcome to Simons Fitness and Nutrition! We are excited you have selected us to guide you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.  Unlike some other programs, you have access to both an IFBB Professional athlete for training guidance as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist to ensure proper nutrition and health as you achieve your goals.

Group Fitness Program – Me First 2025

These programs are offered in 12 week increments with one week break between programs for rest and introduction of the next program session. Scheduled dates off will be communicated at the beginning of each program to the best of our knowledge. If a schedule change is needed for any reason throughout a program, we will inform all clients as soon as we become aware, and clients can use the workout routine in the program app to follow for that timeframe.

This plan includes weekly nutrition layouts with adjustments as needed to meet weekly outlined goals. It also includes one written workout cycle that you will follow as well as a cardio regimen.

Communication

Regular communication is vital to your success as a client, and we provide adequate time to help you through every aspect of your journey. While we strive to be available around the clock, we do attempt to maintain normal business hours for communication purposes. Our normal business hours for email/text responses are Monday-Friday 5am-630pm, Saturday from 9am-11am. Outside of normal business hours we will attempt to respond as quickly as possible.

Nutrition Guidelines

If included in your program selection, basic nutrition education or comprehensive customized weekly nutrition plans will be provided at the beginning of every program. Upon check-in each week, it will be determined by your coach whether any adjustment is needed or if plan consistency is the best approach to achieving results. Small substitutions for variety can be discussed but maintaining a consistent framework of a lifestyle plan is recommended and adherence to the plan will achieve an overall better physique than that of an entirely new nutrition approach every week.

Check-In Process

Client check-ins are a requirement for all programs. Failure to complete your check in each week is considered non-adherence and may delay nutritional adjustments and overall progress towards your goal. If a check-in is not sent, the client should maintain the same diet the following week until the next scheduled check in. No credit is forwarded for missed check-ins.

Check-ins must be done via the website www.simonsfitness.com and are due no later than 5pm every Thursday. The check in window opens online for a 24-hour window starting at 5pm Wednesday and is removed from the site at 5pm every Thursday.

 

Attendance & Sick Policy

All participants are required to arrive ten minutes early in order to prepare for class. We ask that if you are late, you refrain from joining the class on that day as it interrupts the group, and we cannot review proper form for each tardy attendee between stations as that time is used for changing out equipment.  If you miss more than 5 consecutive days in the in-person program, a client will be moved into the virtual program only. Re-entry to the in-person program requires discussion and approval from the owner/instructor.

In the event of illness, we ask all participants to refrain from attending class if they are personally experiencing any symptoms or if they have been exposed to anyone experiencing the following: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive cough, sneezing, runny nose, persistent headache, sinus congestion. Unfortunately, the symptoms of allergies are similar to symptoms of contagious illness, and we cannot differentiate between them. If you recognize you have regular allergies, please speak with your doctor about a plan to mitigate those symptoms so that you can continue on with the program.

 

Supplementation and Product Recommendations

We may provide you with supplement/product recommendations along the way to help ensure your health and fitness are in line with your goals. If we see a plateau in results after multiple nutrition and fitness approaches, we may recommend you seek advice from your primary physician for a full panel test of your hormones and thyroid function. We partner with a variety of companies for discounts and decreased pricing so that we will pass the savings on to our clients. We do ask you to consult with your coach prior to purchasing or starting a new supplement/product.

 

Mutual Transparency

As coaches, we will provide you honest feedback through your process to ensure you are reaching your full potential.

In addition, transparency on your part is vital to your overall result. If you fall off track with your diet, have unexpected stress or life events that occur, or are just mentally struggling in general—it is important for you to notify us and discuss right away. We have a zero-judgment approach and want to ensure you can enjoy this process and be proud of yourself for your accomplishments.

 

Payment & Fee Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any reason at any time for received payments as they indicate a commitment to the program terms. This includes program abandonment, failure to pay, personal/financial reasons, and any other reason for ending your program.

 

The undersigned hereby acknowledge that the following was explained to me and/or agree to the following:

*Acknowledges that the coaches of Simons Fitness & Nutrition are not physicians and are not trained in any way to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or any other type of medical advice.

 

*Acknowledges that coaching/training is another tool for teaching athletes/individuals about themselves, but that Simons Fitness & Nutrition does not guarantee neither good nor bad will occur nor guarantees the training advice given by Simons Fitness & Nutrition will produce good nor bad results. Adherence to the plan is a must.

 

*Acknowledges that the undersigned has been told if they feel tired, feel pain or feel out of the ordinary in any way either related to your training, or otherwise, that the undersigned should contact a physician at once.

 

*Acknowledges that boot camps, aerobic classes, cardio, weight training, obstacle courses, and any other related sports are an extreme test of one’s mental and physical limits and carry with it potential for damage or loss of property, serious injury and death. That the undersigned assumes the risks of participating in these types of events/activities including the inherent dangers of the natural elements, that they are fit, and they have a regular medical physician they can contact regarding any medical problems that they might develop. The undersigned expressly waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or action of any kind and Simons Fitness & Nutrition for the undersigned participating in said events and/or training.

 

The Undersigned agrees that this is the full agreement between the parties, that Simons Fitness & Nutrition, nor anyone else has not verbally contradicted any of the terms of this release and that the undersigned has entered into this agreement free and voluntarily without force or coercion.
